We had a two night stay at Desert Vista Camp and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The cultural performance was a standout, providing an engaging and authentic glimpse into local traditions. The food was authentic and delicious as well. The staff were all incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable getaway. I’d highly recommend this camp for a relaxing and culturally rich experience.

Our stay at Desert Vista Camp was very relaxing. We were promptly picked from Jaisalmer and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The accommodations were exceptional—despite being a tent and hut style , it offered a level of comfort that was beyond our expectations. The hut accommodation is very spacious too. The jeep safari and camel ride was a thrilling adventure, allowing us to explore the breathtaking desert landscape in a way that felt both exhilarating and peaceful. The beauty of the vast desert was amplified by the attentive care and kindness of our hosts. Mr. Shambhu and his team ensured every detail was taken care of, and their thoughtfulness made us feel right at home. The food was very delicious made with local produce and the folk songs and dance was the highlight for us. We can’t recommend Desert Vista Camp enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable desert escape, where adventure and hospitality come together seamlessly.

One of the best desert camp I have visited till now. Shambhu was really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. It felt like a private desert, very clean and , a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. They really served a good course of meal. It was really delicious. It tasted like our home food.Their jeep safari and camel safari rides were absolutely amazing and thrilling. It’s a once in lifetime experience.Folk music at night touched our souls.I must say the location of the desert camp is at best place of Jaisalmer. Luckily we met Shambhu, owner of Desert vista camp. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us to the sand dunes and we had a great time together. He is the best jeep safari rider in Jaisalmer.All respect for him who does a great job here. Enjoyed a lifetime experience here,Excellent hospitality.

We had a memorable 1 night stay at Desert Vista Camp. Shambhu was very prompt and responsive in his communication. We were picked up at the airport and it was a start of a wonderful experience. Shambhu and his team were warm and welcoming. The tent and bathroom were clean. The accommodations had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast and meals were delicious, prepared with local ingredients. Desert safari and camel ride was the highlight of our visit. We enjoyed the cultural program as well. We also took a tour of Khaba fort, oasis and cenotaphs in the area. It was totally worthwhile! Would definitely recommend Desert Vista camp to anyone looking for an enjoyable and peaceful experience. It was the best part of our stay in Jaisalmer.

We had a one-night stay at Desert Safari Camp, and our experience was largely positive. Mr Shambhu and his team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The tent we stayed in was spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities. As we visited just before the start of the tourist season, we were the only guests at the campsite. While our overall experience was enjoyable, there was a power outage during the night, and we were unable to contact the staff to turn on the generator, which was a slight inconvenience. However, the team promptly addressed the issue early the next morning, apologised, and restored the power. The sunset camel safari and the jeep safari, both of which were fantastic experiences. The dinner and breakfast served were delicious, with dinner brought directly to our room. Despite the minor hiccup, it was a fine stay overall.
